Choice of tooth forms and sets

For optimum results, selecting the tooth form that is ideal for the machine, material and cutting requirements is essential. The extensive range of Amada bandsaw blades incorporates a wide choice of tooth forms from standard forms to blades with positive cutting angles, different gullet depths and a considerable number of standard and varying tooth pitches.

To give a clean and accurate cut, various tooth ‘sets’ are also available. The accurate ‘set’ tolerances on the blade teeth of ±0.025mm, result in the high accuracy of cut components with a good surface finish.
